How to wear it
Three steps, and it stays comfortable from the first time you put it on.
Slide it on
Loop the band over your big toe and settle the cushion against the side of your foot.
Adjust the strap
Tighten until it feels snug and secure — never tight enough to pinch or restrict circulation.
Build up gradually
Start with an hour or two a day and increase as it feels comfortable. Most people find it easiest to wear at home or in bed.

Questions, answered
The things people ask before their first order.
Still not sure it's right for your feet? Get in touch — we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
Will it fit my foot?
The straps are adjustable rather than sized, so one unit covers a wide range of foot widths and shapes.
Can I wear it inside shoes?
It's designed for barefoot wear at home or overnight rather than inside footwear.
What is it made of?
Three materials, each chosen to sit softly against skin. The body is TPR — a soft, flexible thermoplastic rubber that holds its shape without feeling rigid. The pad that rests against your foot is silicone. The strap is elastic with a hook-and-loop fastening.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash the straps and padding in cool water with mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat.
What if it isn't right for me?
Every order is covered by our 90-day comfort guarantee, counted from the day it reaches your door. If it isn't working for your feet, get in touch and we'll make it right.
What is the free guide?
A short PDF we send by email after your order — what the research says about bunions, an evening comfort routine, and when it's worth seeing a podiatrist. It's yours to keep whether or not you keep the separator.
Before you use it
Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you have diabetes, circulation problems, nerve damage, or persistent foot pain.
